Are you a Bid Coordinator looking for your next challenge? If so, this opportunity cannot be missed! Our client, a leading business, is recruiting for a Bid Coordinator due to growth in the business.
Bid Coordinator – Key responsibilities:
Help prepare proposals and documents for customers, working with the Sales team.
Track deadlines and make sure proposals are completed on time.
Check documents for spelling, grammar and accuracy.
Update proposals based on feedback from colleagues and managers.
Keep records up to date and help organise proposal documents.
Bid Coordinator - Essential Skills & Experience:
A degree in Communications, Journalism or a similar subject is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Good communication and people skills, both written and verbal.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
This position would ideally suit a recent Journalism graduate, or someone with a similar qualification (such as Media, Communications or Public Relations), who is looking for an opportunity to develop their skills and receive training.
