Bid Administrator

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Bid Administrator to join our construction team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation and submission of tenders and bids.
Monitor tender portals and maintain bid trackers.
Coordinate information from internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and format bid documentation.
Ensure submissions are accurate, professional and delivered on time.
Provide general administrative support to the Bid/Commercial team.

About You

Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to manage multiple deadlines.
Previous construction, tender or bid experience is desirable but not essential.
