This is your opportunity to enhance your project management and collaborative skills while aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
* Transitioning the data warehouse and reporting solution from proof of concept to full implementation, ensuring it meets business needs and standards.
* Staying ahead of industry trends by continuously updating yourself with the latest in data visualisation technologies and Power BI developments to keep practices current and effective.
* Leading educational efforts for end-users, boosting your training and communication skills as you help others understand and leverage new BI tools to drive business efficiency and decision-making.
* Optimising the performance of BI tools and systems, improving your technical acumen in system efficiency and problem-solving.
* Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of integrated data, refining your skills in data management and quality assurance to maintain a reliable foundation for business insights.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Proven experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced data modelling, DAX, and sophisticated report design.
* Expertise in data manipulation and transformation using Power Query, M formula language, and SQL.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting reports and key findings to teams and senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, taking initiative and responsibility to ensure deadlines are met.
* A thorough understanding of best practices in data visualisation and the integration of complex data sources into user-friendly systems.
* Proficiency in Python is a plus.
* Knowledge of website technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems, ideally with experience in eCommerce platforms.
* Experience with analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other data analysis tools.
* Any previous experience in general IT roles would be beneficial.
* Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

What's in It for You:

* A flexible hybrid working arrangement that supports a balance between in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.
* A wide range of employee benefits including a subsidised canteen, free parking, significant discounts at various retailers, and extensive parental leave provisions.
* Opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment that fosters learning and growth.
* The chance to work in a pet-friendly office, where you might find yourself surrounded by furry friends and fellow animal lovers.
* Enjoy additional perks tailored for animal enthusiasts, such as the option to bring your pet to work and employee discounts on products.
