The Role – ASD Teaching Assistant
For this role, I am actively recruiting for an experienced ASD Teaching Assistant who is confident in supporting students on the Autistic Spectrum. The role will require you to work closely with the students, providing academic and emotional support in order to build a rapport with them. Due to the needs of the students, the ideal ASD Teaching Assistant will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum and have challenging behaviour.
ASD School – ASD Teaching Assistant
This thriving ASD school is located in Uxbridge, Hillingdon and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school is very small and has around 210 students therefore, class sizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in class. This school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
