At Barnett Waddingham, we are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administrator, to join our rapidly growing Employer Consulting business area. With over 120 members, the Employer Consulting team specialises in varying disciplines such as DB pensions, DC pensions, Employee Benefits, governance, investment, engagement and administration.
This is a hybrid permanent role and based in our Cheltenham office.
Responsibilities
Drafting Renewal requests and Market Review requests
Liaising with providers and other professionals to gather information on our clients
Drafting and updating policy specification documents
Supporting clients in the processing of Underwriting
Supporting clients in the processing of Claims
Preparing invoices
Drafting Service Schedules
Supporting on ad hoc projects
Keeping all Employer Consulting databases up to date
Administration relating to a varying range of health and protection policies
Qualifications/Experience
Minimum of GSCE Grade "5" or "C" in Maths and English
Good user of IT systems, in particular Excel with some Word and PowerPoint skills
Financial services experience would be advantageous, but not essential (you will be encouraged and supported to qualify in Financial Planning exams to Certificate or Diploma level)
