Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Flexi/Bendi Forklift Driver to join our team in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that pharmaceutical products are handled and stored safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate Flexi/Bendi forklifts to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
* Safely stack and unstack pallets in high-density storage systems.
* Perform routine checks and maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure optimal operation.
* Accurately pick and pack pharmaceutical products according to order requirements.
* Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and stock rotation.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
* Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Valid Flexi/Bendi Forklift license and experience operating these types of forklifts.
* Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
