We are looking for a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team at our factory in Fforestfach. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality wooden components and joinery products, working from technical drawings and specifications. You will work with a range of materials, ensuring precision and attention to detail to meet both client and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components for bespoke joinery projects

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

* Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

* Ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished products

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, with a strong background in woodworking

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) preferred

* Experience working with a variety of wood and joinery techniques

* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
