Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, custom wood products. As a Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing wooden components and furniture to meet our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities

Woodworking and Assembly:
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
* Construct and assemble custom furniture, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other wooden structures.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar joinery workshop.
* Familiarity with wood working power tools (thicknesser, spindle moulders, bench saw, etc and hand tools.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Health and Safety training is desirable
* A relevant qualification or apprenticeship is preferred, but not essential
