Description:
Our client is a well-established Shopfitting outfit based in North Yorkshire. They specialise in bespoke interior finishes for clients across the retail & commercial sectors.
Due to increased project demands, they are looking to add an experienced Bench Joiner to their joinery workshop team.
The successful candidate would be at least NVQ level 3 qualified, and have experience working in a bespoke joinery workshop.

Bench Joiner
£15 - £16 per hour
24 days holiday + bank holidays
8-hour days, Monday to Friday
Overtime available on weekdays & full days on Saturdays (time and a half)

Match materials to requested design specifications
Work from drawings to manufacture items & furniture
Use power tools and machines to cut and shape wood, and other materials
Assemble sturdy & well-constructed furniture using hand tools and wood screws
Work with quality procedures & guidelines
Work within Health & Safety procedures
Keep workplace safe & tidyRole Requirements
Bench Joiner
NVQ level 3 in carpentry & joinery - essential
Experience in a workshop environment (desirable)
Hard working with high attention to detail
