Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students with extreme challenging behaviors.
Assist students in crisis, offering emotional support and guidance.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage and motivate students to actively engage in their education.
Requirements:

Proven experience in supporting students with SEMH needs.
Resilient attitude to handle extreme challenging behaviors.
Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic situations.
DBS on the update service is advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
