Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Bromley - Secondary School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs required
Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Experience working in a secondary school, PRU or alternative provision desirable
Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Required full time ASAPHave you previously worked as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Teaching Assistant?
Do you have experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs?
Are you able to build positive relationships with young people and promote positive behaviour?

The Role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND department to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, using de-escalation techniques, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning. You will act as a positive role model and contribute to creating a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
