Engage Education are working with a fantastic secondary school in the Tameside area who are eager to secure a naturally outgoing and engage graduate Behaviour Support Coach in a full-time capacity for the coming academic year.

Behaviour Support Coach - Role Information:

* Aiding KS3 & KS4 students through 1:1 academic, emotional and social support

* Monitoring and enhancing all-round development

* Working outside of classroom to ensure calm and supportive environment

* Educating variety of subjects whilst delivering pre-planned academic tuition

* Monday to Friday role - One secondary school

* Working hours: 08.30am to 15.15pm - Paid £95 per day

* September 2026 to July 2027 contracted position

Behaviour Support Coach - Applicant Requirements:

* Minimum 2:2 UK based degree

* Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or volunteering with children

* Outgoing and inspiring personality with strong communication

* Resilient and determined individual with patience towards students development
