What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils whose behaviour can present barriers to learning.
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
* Working alongside teachers to implement support strategies.
* Providing encouragement, structure and consistency.
* Helping pupils access learning and achieve positive outcomes.
Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced HLTAs.
* Learning Support Assistants with behavioural support experience.
* SEND practitioners.
* Occupational Therapy professionals.
* Resilient and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy building relationships.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
