Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking school?
A fantastic school in Southwark is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of behaviour support and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Implement effective behaviour strategies and individual support plans
Promote positive behaviour, engagement and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to relevant meetings and reviewsThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of behaviour management and support strategies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A calm, patient and consistent approach
A degree is preferred but not essential
A genuine commitment to supporting pupils' personal and educational developmentLocation: Southwark
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
Start: ASAP / September 2026
