Behaviour Mentor - Enfield - Immediate start - £80-£100 a day (depending on experience)

As a part of Teach360's recruitment process, we are currently looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Newham. It would be ideal if the candidate had experience working with young people who have SEMH, SEN or challenging behaviour and would be able to provide excellent guidance and support. In order to be a successful Behaviour Mentor, you must be approachable, proactive, and enthusiastic at all times. You will be able to build a strong relationship with your students if you do this

Would you like to gain experience and knowledge working in a school setting with students exhibiting challenging behaviour in order to gain experience and knowledge?

Are you confident that you would be able to deal with a challenging behaviour situation if it were to arise between two students?

About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield

To assist students in Classrooms
Work alongside other staff members such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers and Pastoral Support workers
Delivering 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom ·
Work alongside the class teacher and other staff to help provide the best learning environment for students
Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and in interventions activities through observation
Promote inclusion of all pupils within the classroom
