A school in North Bristol are seeking a caring and motivated Behaviour Mentor to work across their vibrant primary setting, supporting children within both mainstream classrooms and a specialist SEND provision. This flexible role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children with a range of needs, including social, emotional and mental health difficulties, communication needs, autism and complex learning needs.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those with SEND or behavioural needs.
Is calm, patient and able to maintain high expectations.
Can build strong, professional relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Understands the importance of inclusive practice and child-centred support.
Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
Can work flexibly across different year groups and educational settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
