As a Behaviour Mentor in Orpington, you will provide targeted behavioural, pastoral and emotional support to pupils who may find mainstream education challenging.

Pupils may have experienced school exclusion, challenging behaviour, emotional difficulties or significant barriers to learning. The school provides a structured and supportive environment where pupils can receive the individualised support they need to make positive progress.

The setting takes a relationship-based approach to behaviour, recognising the importance of trust, consistency and clear boundaries when supporting young people with complex needs.
