The Role - Behaviour Mentor

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people in a school, alternative provision or youth work setting. Experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH or behavioural needs is highly desirable. You will be resilient, approachable and committed to helping every student achieve their full potential.
