Presently, Teach 360 is working with a vibrant secondary school that has recently opened an alternative provision attached to it. Currently, the provision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their fun, vibrant, and dynamic staffing team.

About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Haringey
Assisting teaching staff in developing and implementing individual learning plans with a view to promoting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of pupils.
Work with individuals and groups both inside and outside the classroom
Undergo training for the creation of nurture groups.
Assist in the management of a nurture room.
Measure the impact of the intervention strategy on the progress of students before, during, and after intervention; incorporate student evaluations into the evaluation process
Monitor pupil progress, adapting an agreed approach to meet particular needs, and recording and maintaining records of pupils' progress and development.About the provision -Behaviour Mentor - Haringey
