Description:

Behaviour Mentor – Warwick

* Location: Warwick, Warwickshire

* Sector: PRU Setting (11-16 Year Olds)

* Start Date: September 2026

* Contract: Long-Term

* Hours: Full-Time

* Salary: £95-£110 Per Day (Paid Weekly)

We are seeking a dedicated, resilient and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist PRU where pastoral care, emotional regulation and trusting relationships are at the heart of everything the School does. You will be expected to act as a key adult for identified students, building strong, trusting relationships that help them feel safe and understood in School.

All students have an EHCP and require consistent, skilled adults who understand that behaviour is communication.

The Role:

* Support students with SEMH, ASD, Learning Difficulties etc. throughout the School day to maintain emotional regulation and readiness to learn

* Build strong, trusting relationships with students who may have experienced difficulties in mainstream education

* Implement individual behaviour support plans, EHCP strategies and pastoral interventions consistently

* Work alongside teaching staff in lessons to de-escalate behaviours, prevent crisis points and re-engage students with learning

* Monitor, record and report on behaviour, triggers and progress to Teachers, SENCO and/or Pastoral Lead to ensure a consistent approach for each student

* Contribute to creating a safe, secure and nurturing environment where students develop a sense of belonging and self-worth

Safer Recruitment:

Twenty4Seven Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants will be subject to safer recruitment checks, including Enhanced DBS and references.

Apply Today:

This role requires someone who understands that success in this setting is often seen in small steps of progress, improved regulation, and strengthened relationships, rather than immediate academic outcomes.

If you are the type of Behaviour Mentor who understands that connection comes before correction and you want to work in a setting where pastoral care truly drives progress, this role could be exactly what you’re looking for
