Are you passionate about guiding young people towards positive change? Do you have the skills to support students in overcoming behavioural challenges and achieving their full potential?
Behaviour Mentor Role:
* Support and Guidance: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behaviour challenges, helping them develop positive behaviours and coping strategies.
* Behaviour Interventions: Implement and monitor individualised behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers and support staff.
* Positive Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
* Role Modeling: Demonstrate and encourage positive behaviour, communication, and social skills.
* Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ overall development and success.
