Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them overcome behavioural challenges? Our client school in Waltham Forest is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Behaviour Mentor to join their team immediately.

Role Overview: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing targeted support to students with behavioural and emotional difficulties. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing behaviour management strategies, offering one-on-one mentoring, and working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Individual Mentoring: Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students, helping them develop coping strategies and improve behaviour.
Behaviour Management: Implement and monitor behaviour management plans tailored to individual student needs.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to support student progress.
Emotional Support: Offer emotional and social support to students, helping them navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued improvement.
Inclusive Environment: Promote a positive and inclusive school culture where all students feel valued and supported.
Mandatory Requirements:

The Right to Work in the UK
An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
Two professional child-related references
An updated CV
