Role Overview: Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor within a Pupil Referral Unit, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and experienced in implementing strategies to support individual students. You'll work closely with teachers and support staff to provide targeted interventions and support, helping students to develop positive behaviours and achieve their full potential.
