Responsibilities:
Implement and support the school's behavior management policies.
Work closely with students to understand and address challenging behavior.
Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to promote positive social and emotional development.
Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to create tailored behavior plans.
Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance the overall school environment.
Maintain accurate records of behavior incidents and interventions.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
Strong understanding of behavior management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and engage them in the learning process.
A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing challenging behavior.
