About Us: The Ealing based Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) provides a supportive and structured environment for students who require additional assistance to thrive academically and personally. We focus on KS3 and KS4 students, helping them to overcome challenges and re-engage with their education.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Work closely with KS3 and KS4 students to provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
Develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a cohesive support network.
Encourage and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as necessary.What We Offer:
