Pay Rate: £85-£100 per day

an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join one of their dynamic client schools based in Camden.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll be at the forefront of promoting a positive and inclusive school culture. Your role will be multifaceted, encompassing everything from providing one-on-one support to students to implementing school-wide behavior management strategies. With your dedication and expertise, you'll empower students to overcome challenges, build resilience, and thrive academically and socially.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships with students to understand their individual needs and challenges
Providing targeted support and intervention to students exhibiting challenging behaviors
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective behaviour plans
Delivering engaging workshops and sessions to promote positive behavior and social-emotional learning
Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of behavior support strategies

Requirements:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
Provide two professional child related references
An Updated CV with work and/or academic history from the last 10 years
