A small, specialist SEMH school near Bracknell is seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor / Pastoral and Learning Support Assistant.
The school supports students aged 10–16 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and associated challenging behaviours. With a strong focus on therapeutic, restorative approaches, the school helps students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, creating an environment where they can feel safe, valued, and capable of success.

???? Your Role
As a Behaviour Mentor / Pastoral and Learning Support Assistant, you will:
???? Build positive, trusting relationships with students who are disengaged or at risk of exclusion.
???? Support students’ social and emotional development through restorative approaches.
???? Promote engagement, attendance, and confidence in learning.
???? Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver targeted interventions.
????️ Provide stability and consistency for students who have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
???? Model empathy, respect, and resilience every day.
This role offers hands-on, restorative experience that is invaluable for careers in probation, rehabilitation, prison, or youth justice services.
