The role- Behaviour Learning Officer
The ideal candidate for this Behaviour Learning officer role will be working under the direction of the behaviour manager to investigate behavioural incidents and maintain high standards of behaviour in the academy. You will work with the school to support behaviour and to assist with investigating incidents, collating statements and evidence for summary documents and holding restorative justice meetings with students as appropriate. These are only some of the core duties that you will take on when entering this role.
The School- Behaviour Learning Officer
This school is a mixed mainstream school that is almost always oversubscribed. Ofsted has looked into the special educational needs aspect of the school and has reported 'Students, including those with special educational needs, make good progress and achieve well in their learning because effective action is taken to address any underachievement.
