Milk Education have partnered with a specialist all through school in Lewisham, who are looking to appoint a CREATIVE, RELIABLE and RESLIANT individual to support students at their school. This permanent role offers a great opportunity for progression, development and a sense of achievement. Students who attend this school have various backgrounds, and are all on EHCPS. Your role & responsibilities:
* Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement behaviour support plans.
* De-escalator, Prevent and Support students in regulating emotions
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioural needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school setting.
Non-negotiables:
* Proven experience working with children
* A minimum of 6 months UK based experience
* Good understanding of SEMH
* Resilient, Reliable and Engaging Individual
