Your Role as a Behaviour Buddy:

* Offer pastoral care and be a pillar of support for pupils.
* Collaborate with teachers to craft and execute tailored education and behaviour plans.
* Enrich the learning experience for gifted and SEN students.
* Establish one-on-one mentoring and provide solace to students in distress.

We Value Your Expertise:

* A solid grasp of the national curriculum and other educational frameworks.
* Insight into child development and strategies to overcome learning obstacles.
* The ability to strategize for students who may be at risk of underperforming.
* Experience in a Secondary School setting or similar educational environment.
