Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist for Secondary Schools in Basildon

Are you passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist to join our secondary schools in Basildon, starting in September 2024. This is a full-time position offering a competitive daily salary ranging from £90 to £140.

As a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive atmosphere within our schools. Your expertise will help address behavioural challenges and ensure that all students have access to a supportive and equitable educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Support teachers and staff in addressing behavioural issues and promoting inclusion.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
