Job Opportunity: Behaviour Administrator at Little Lever Secondary School
Are you adept at building relationships with young people and managing student behaviour? Little Lever Secondary School is looking for a committed Behaviour Administrator to join our team. This role involves working closely with students who have been given detentions or isolation and liaising with parents to ensure a supportive and cohesive approach to student behaviour.
Position: Behaviour Administrator
Location: Little Lever Secondary School, Little Lever
Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Salary: Up to £100 per day
Contract: Maternity cover for the full academic year
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer student behaviour records, ensuring accurate documentation.
Liaise with parents regarding student behaviour and progress, fostering strong home-school relationships.
Work directly with students who have been assigned detentions or isolation, providing support and guidance.
Implement and uphold the school's behaviour policies and procedures.
Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to support a positive school environment.
Utilize SIMS (School Information Management System) for recording and tracking student behaviour (experience with SIMS is advantageous).Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships with young people.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
