The School and Role
Vision for Education is currently looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant on behalf of a specialist SEND School in Sunderland. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be working with children who have Autism (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and Moderate Learning Disabilities (MLD). You will be working as a part of a well-established and supportive team to encourage engagement and a positive approach to education.
Requirements:
Experience working with pupils with SEND.
A passion for the progression of SEND pupils.
An ability to work as part of a team.
A nurturing and engaging personality.
Experience working with EYFS/Primary/Secondary/post-16 pupils/or vulnerable adults.
