We are currently seeking an interim Beauty Academy Assistant Marketing Manager, to work with our global FMCG client, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is based at Blackfriars on London's Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

The B&W Beauty Academy Team plays a pivotal role in our newly established organization. We collaborate closely with the Marketing Innovation Leadership Team, with the global CMO, Brand Leads, and Cross-Functional partners around the world, to drive our beauty capabilities agenda and elevate our beauty culture. We're looking for a driven, talented beauty lover to join the Global Marketing Operations and Innovation team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in B&W's learning program to transform our expertise in beauty and be at the forefront of impacting B&W's industry competitiveness.

Key responsibilities will include:

Support a senior marketing manager in all areas of responsibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CMI, CS&P, R&D and Marketing Academy, to ensure alignment and synergy in beauty-related initiatives.
Capability Building: Drive the development and enhancement of beauty-related skills and knowledge across the organization. This includes training programs, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities.
Internal Comm/Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of compelling beauty content to promote Beauty Academy program.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including beauty influencers, industry experts, and partners.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of beauty programs and initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
Work closely with agencies and cross-functional partners to drive above capability program and hold accountability end-to-end.
Identify relevant trends and spaces in Beauty to inform key topics covered within the Beauty Academy learning curriculum. All About You

Passion for beauty essential
Experience in Beauty ideal: Innate curiosity and eye for beauty.
Creative design capability: PowerPoint
Externally focused: obsessed by market, consumer, and customer beauty trends with an eye to convert them into tangible business opportunities.
Outstanding organizational skills; including the ability to seamlessly manage multiple overlapping priorities to meet key deadlines, whilst ensuring high quality outputs.
Communicate articulately: provide clear direction & feedback to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Bias for action: eagerness to learn, contribute and go above and beyond.
Team player: highly collaborative individual, providing support as and when needed, even when sometimes outside of job scope.
