BatteryTest Engineer Opportunity
About the role:

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to define bespoke test programmes.
Hands-on setup and execution of tests in the laboratory.
Meticulous data analysis and troubleshooting within the context of cell testing.
Daily testing operations, assessing test requests, and offering technical advice.
Ensuring efficient execution of battery testing with high-quality data output.
Contribute to the development and implementation of testing processes.
Maintain health and safety compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in battery or cell testing.
Robust understanding of safe cell handling.
Proficiency with hand tools within confined spaces such as thermal chambers.
Capability to lift fixtures up to 10kg.
Adept analytical and judgement skills.
Exceptional communication skills for clear discussions of complex test plans and results with customers and colleagues.
Desirable Additional Skills:
Experience with safety and/or pack testing.
Proficiency in managing and analysing datasets using programming languages, ideally Matlab.
