About the Role:

Elite Personnel is seeking skilled and professional Baristas to work in our client’s prestigious showroom in Birmingham.

This is a temporary position with flexible scheduling, perfect for those looking for ad-hoc days and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot drinks in a café setting, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and more.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in every drink prepared.

Taking payments using a card machine.

Provide excellent customer service, including handling occasional difficult customers with professionalism.

Taking drinks to meetings rooms and collecting them when finished.

Using a dishwasher

Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday:

Early Shift: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Late Shift: 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturdays:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sundays:

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:

Attention to Detail: Ensure drinks are prepared accurately and consistently.

Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly and effectively solve any issues that arise.

Customer Service Skills: Provide outstanding customer service, even in challenging situations.

Experience: Must be Barista trained, preferably with experience at Costa, Starbucks, or similar establishments.

Dress Code:

Smart business wear: black and white suit, white shirt or blouse, and smart black shoes.
