Description:
CFC Consult Limited. We are a recruitment agency based in Aldershot.
We are looking for an experienced Barista to work full time in a 5 Star rated café based in Farnborough.
Duties :
* Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products.
* Perform basic food preparation and made to order services including hot & cold food services in line with Aramark brand standards.
* Take payment and keep financial records as required.
* Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
* Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
* Clean and tidy counter, light equipment and public areas.
* Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work.
* Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned.
* Keeps diligent records as required.
* Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
* Undertake relevant training as required.
* 35-40 Hours/ Week
* Monday to Friday
Skills / Qualifications :
* Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable. However, relevant training will be provided.,
* 1-2 years’ experience in a hospitality environment essential.,
* Good level of spoken English
Location : Farnborough
Time : 8AM-5PM
Shift : Monday to Friday
Pay : £11/Per hour
