Bar Manager
Popular, award winning and distinctly unique South Coast venue seeks a full-time, permanent bar manager.
Essential Criteria:
Experienced, proven and capable of dealing with issues calmly and responsibly
Willing and able to take the lead in delivering exceptional customer experience
Passionate about serving quality drinks and providing consistent service standards
Strong cocktail and drinks knowledge
Driven to help grow the business whilst maintaining customer service
Proactive, flexible and adaptable as working patterns and hours may vary to meet the business needs
Willing to work every weekend (Mondays and Tuesdays off)
A proven leader who will willingly train and bring on all staff to meet standards
Responsible and communicative whether reporting sales, handling money, cleaning down after a busy service or ordering stock
An independent thinker equally happy to work alone or leading a team
Salary of £30,000 per annum for a 40-hour working week, plus overtime @ £12.50ph.
