About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to support a 23-year-old man with a complex brain injury, autism and ADHD

You will play a vital role in enabling the client to reach their full potential by supporting their:

This role involves working within the client’s home and in the wider community, encouraging confidence, independence, and meaningful social engagement.

Requirements

Understanding of positive behaviour support approaches (desirable)

*

A confident driver with a full UK driving licence

*

Ability to maintain clear and accurate written records in fluent English

Experience working with individuals with brain injuries, ADHD and autism is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing supervision and support.
