About You​

The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:​

* An enthusiastic and compassionate individual with experience of working with people experiencing mental health challenges or vulnerabilities​

* Confidence in establishing and developing strong links with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and mental health services to support positive outcomes​

* Comfortable with lone working and able to use initiative to make informed and person-centred decisions​

* A commitment to delivering a high-quality service to service users, partners and internal colleagues​

* Ability to contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of mental health support services

* Positive, adaptable, and open to change, with a willingness to contribute to a culture of learning, reflection and improvement​

* Ability to design and facilitate opportunities that promote engagement, recovery, and reduce social isolation​

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively​

Please note this is a bank position with no guaranteed hours. Shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis to cover annual leave, sickness and other service requirements, and available hours may be limited.​
