About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team in Hackney on an ad-hoc basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys flexible working while making a positive impact on young children’s development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet children’s individual needs
* Always follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
* Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Up-to-date DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
