A fully “Good”-rated Ludlow care home now has opportunities for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join their staff bank.

As a Bank Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring nursing care remains at the highest level when there are absences (such as due to illness or annual leave).
You will join the MDT in caring for residents with a broad range of presentations, including age-related health conditions, evolving dementia needs, specialist post-stroke needs, and physical disabilities.
This is a bank position for ad-hoc shifts – you will be able to choose shifts that work around your existing commitments.
Person specification:
(Essential) NMC registration in a relevant nurse discipline (RN Adult / RMN).
(Essential) Some professional experience with elderly care and related needs.
