Duties and Responsibilities

Independently perform and report high-quality echocardiograms in line with BSE guidelines.
Deliver safe, compassionate and patient-focused care throughout the patient journey.
Assess patients' individual needs across a varied caseload.
Work closely with Consultants, Cardiac Physiologists and nursing colleagues to support clinical decision-making.
Support the ongoing development of cardiac diagnostic services.
Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives.
Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection prevention and professional practice.Who We're Looking For

You'll be a skilled and motivated Echocardiographer who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and providing an outstanding patient experience.

BSc Clinical Physiology (or equivalent qualification).
BSE accreditation and registration.
Post-qualification experience in echocardiography.
Experience independently performing and reporting echocardiograms.
Experience scanning adult patients; experience scanning adolescents would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clinical excellence.
A proactive approach to quality improvement and service development.Contract: Bank
