Band 6 CAMHS Nurse responsible for assessing the mental health needs of children and young people, developing and delivering evidence-based care plans, managing complex caseloads, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, coordinating care, and promoting safeguarding in community settings.
Key responsibilities:
* Comprehensive as thorough mental health assessments of children and young people, including presenting symptoms, developmental history, family dynamics, and social context.
* Care and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based practices and considering the needs of the child, family, and wider support network.

Required skills and qualifications:
* Professional reg professional registration with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., Nursing and Midwifery Council for nurses)
