Description:
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working with our public sector client in Craigavon to supply a Urology Scheduling Assistant to work in the busy Administration Team on a part time basis.
The successful candidate will work with an established team to provide an efficient administrative support service to senior managers.
The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities and job duties`
- Provide a comprehensive daily administrative service at all times.
- Ensure files, documents and paperwork are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
- Undertake training when required.
- Deal with internal and external mail in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collect and collate statistical information as and when required
- Circulate information and ensure responses are received by agreed deadlines.
Our client requests that the successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 GCSE`s including English (or equivalent) and a minimum 1-year Administrative experience
The Urology Scheduling Assistant will work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 9 am-2pm which will equate to 21 hours in total. The rate of pay will be £11.67 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis.
Previous admin experience will advantageous and is an excellent opportunity for further permanent positions.
