Our NHS client based in Ballymena has a vacancy for a Call Referral Operator
Our client has confirmed that the role is 37.5 hours per week, temporary ongoing and permanent opportunities within.
Job duties as follows
" Respond to all queries received in a professional manner
" Accept telephone referrals from Trust staff, patients, carers and external agencies for a range of Trust services.
" Make sure that referral information is accurate and appropriate
" Collate referral information accurately using the specified protocols and guidance.
" Forward referrals electronically to appropriate locations
" Process referrals and associated information on time
" Liaise with professional staff as required
" Provide a high level of customer service to those making and receiving referrals
" Highlight any issues, which may have an adverse effect on quality and consistency of information
" Adhere to operational procedures within the office
In your new role, you will be part of a busy department, dealing with the public, updating customer data and taking relevant information
You are a good fit for this role, if you have previous Admin and Customer experience, confident in using a computer. Be able to work as a part of a large team but also to be able to use their initiative when needed.
For shortlisting purposes, it is a requirement to have GCSE English at Grade A to C
