Description:
Team Support Healthcare are currently recruiting motivated Healthcare Assistants for our clients in Cheshire and Wirral.
Location – Cheshire and Wirral Hospitals
Hours – Full-time and part-time hours available
Pay rate – Varies on shift

We are currently not taking on staff with Visa restrictions (who can only work 20 hours)
Please only apply if you can commit to more than 20 hours a week*
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
* Support the Nursing team with providing outstanding care to patients.
* Implement individualised care delivery according to clinical care packages, whilst promoting independence.
* Participate in maintaining a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for all patients and carers.
* Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance service delivery.
* Collect and report information to the Nursing Team, maintaining accurate patient records.
* Involve patients and carers/family members in the delivery of care.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure needs are met with care input and support for ongoing care needs.
* Respect confidential information obtained in professional practice and uphold the principles of Caldicott and the Data Protection Act.
Essential requirements
* 6 Months recent relevant UK experience within the last 3 years.
* You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
