Description:

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Band 3 Administration Assistant to join our clients within the healthcare sector at Ulster Hospital. This is a full time role of 37:50 hours per week, offering a fantastic opportunity for a 3 month period ongoing.

Rate of Pay:
o £11.67 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
Admin support to ED Lead Nurses, ED Clinical Educators, ED Governance Facilitator
" Ordering patients notes/ charts from storage
" Photocopying
" Filing
" Minute taking at meetings
" Booking rooms
" Collating documentation for training
" Typing up, printing and laminating information sheets for display within ED and Minor Injury Unit
" Data input/ retrieval on patient computer systems
" Typing up documents

Requirements:
o Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
o Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.
o Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
