Administrative Officer - CECS
Location: Lissue Industrial Estate, Lisburn
Organisation: PaLS (Regional Community Equipment & Continence Service)
Temporary | Full-time | £12.75 per hour
PaLS delivers essential equipment and continence products across HSCNI, supporting individuals to live safely and independently at home.
Role Overview
You will be part of a busy team acting as a key point of contact for clients and healthcare professionals, coordinating the ordering, delivery, and collection of equipment and products.
Key Responsibilities

Manage IT systems and maintain accurate records

Liaise with healthcare professionals (e.g. OTs, District Nurses)

Coordinate deliveries and collections efficiently

Handle customer queries and provide high-quality service

Process orders, returns, and stock-related tasks

Support daily operations and maintain stock systems

Key Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Customer-focused with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
