Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently seeking a Band 3 Clerical Officer to join our client`s busy Public Sector team on Holywood Road, East Belfast.
Our public sector client is looking for someone with experience in Administration, GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in NHS would be advantageous but not essential.
Job duties:
Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information
Maintenance of filing systems
Processing mail
Processing and collating information
Taking and relaying messages/information
Dealing with a range of queries
Preparation and transportation of medical and other records
Making appointments
Arranging meetings
General office duties such as photocopying and faxing
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel , effective communications and organisational skills and the ability to work on your initiative and as part of a team are essential criteria to meet the needs of these roles.
The hours of work are full and will be paid an hourly rate of £11.67 per hour, this will be paid on a weekly basis.
